Strature Geopolitical Prospects & Strategy Inc. is a Canadian company and follows Canada’s sanctions laws, including the Special Economic Measures Act, the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act, the United Nations Act and the Criminal Code’s listed entities.
We do not supply our briefs or services to anyone named on a sanctions or terrorist list of Canada or the United Nations or, so far as Canadian law permits, of the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, or to anyone acting for them; to foreign states or organisations they own or control; or in Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol or the areas of Ukraine not controlled by its Government.
We rely on each requester’s declarations and do not check requesters against sanctions lists; our Principal reviews some requests, we screen the parties each brief names before it is released, and we may refuse or withdraw supply at any time.
